Data sync issue 2017.12.08
Hi all,
Recently, we're hearing from many that the Game Progress Sync is not acting properly.
The symptom is:
'Game progress found in another device' prompt pops up couple of times during the game play (regardless of how many devices they use).
This issue has been reported since last Friday(12/8) and we're investigating why this is happening.
We hope to fix this issue soon and apologize for this inconvenience.
If you have lost your purchases because of this issue, please contact us via we'll do our best to restore the data or give refunds.
