How do I transfer my data from an old device to a new device?
Solitaire: Decked Out does not allow data transfer between devices that use different OS.
For example, data in an Android device cannot be transferred to an iOS device.
However, data transferred between devices with the same OS can easily be done by following theses steps:
==== iPhones / iPads / iPods ====
1) First, make sure you're signed in with a Game Center ID in your old device. You might have already signed in but if you're not, go to:
Settings > Game Center > Sign In. Enter your Apple ID and password.
2) Launch Solitaire: Decked Out in your old device and try winning a game.
3) Sign in with the same ID in your new device.
4) Launch Solitaire: Decked Out in your new device and wait for at least 10 seconds. If your data is not synced after ten seconds, try winning a game.
5) You'll see a prompt requesting you to choose which data you'd like to continue. Choose your old progress.
==== Android Devices ====
1) Sign in with a Google Play ID in your old device. If you are already signed in with your Google ID, you'll see the Google Play login pop-up when you launch Solitaire: Decked Out.
If you are not signed in with a Google ID, go to your device's
Settings > Accounts > Add account and follow the instruction to sign in.
